Best service follow up each order on time

Last month, I received an inquiry from an Arab customer. My customer James wants to purchase our sodium gluconate. I immediately followed up the inquiry as soon as I received it.

The following is my process:

First, carefully offer

(1) Check the specification sheet required by James and check the latest product price with the factory

(2) Check the latest exchange rate of the day

(3) Calculate the FOB price

(4) Contact the forwarder for the latest shipping price

(5) Accurate checking of various data in the quotation, accurate accounting of container load, and saving funds for James to the greatest extent

(6) Of course, there will be some new customers to send sample

s for testing, in which case we will directly arrange for customers.

Second, Customers place orders

1. After some communication, James was satisfied with the price and asked me to do PI. My review is as follows.

(1) I checked the company name and customer name one by one

(2) Order number and PI time must be correct

(3) The name of the commodity must be correct

(4) The unit price and amount must be approved

(5) The total amount and capital amount must be correct

(6) Be sure to have the correct bank information of the company

2. Make a contract

(1) The company name, customer name, title and date must be correct, to check one by one

(2) Product name, specification, unit price, total amount, weight, volume, etc., must be checked one by one

(3) Other terms of the contract required by the customer must be done in detail

Third,Arrange production

After receiving the contract, the customer paid 50% deposit in advance, and then I arranged the factory to produce. Meanwhile, I tracked the production process by myself, and tried to control every detail in place. In the production stage of the order, our salesman will also go to the production workshop with the production supervisor to supervise and inspect the production of products, strictly grasp the product specifications, quality, packaging, production time and customer agreement.

Fourth. Inspect each batch of goods. 

For customers who need customized packaging, we will provide customized packaging services according to customer requirements before shipment. Each packaging bag is a double-layer packaging bag to ensure that the goods will not be worn during transportation and safely delivered to customers.

Fifth. Confirm the shipping date and arrange transportation.

And also,need submit the COA of the goods to the customer.

The whole process is interlinked, each step is hands-on, diligently ❤ pay attention to every detail, and strive to do the best! Follow up with customers in every process, take photos and send them back, so that customers can feel at ease, assured and comfortable in the whole process of purchasing.

Finally, when our batch of goods were delivered to the customer safely and on time, James was very happy and said that I was the most at ease with the goods. Gained the customer's recognition, really say full of motivation. Each successful cooperation is a great progress for us, but it is also a challenge for us again and again. In these challenges, we continue to break through ourselves, prompting us to explore overseas markets more actively.
