(1) Add a certain proportion of sodium hexametaphosphate to the water. The prepared flushing fluid is weakly acidic, neutralized by acid and alkali, which reduces the pH value of the mud and weakens its stability.
(2) The liquid tension is reduced. Sodium hexametaphosphate can ensure that the aqueous solution can penetrate into rock fissures well, effectively contact with mud skin and filling clay in fissures, and has very weak corrosion to drilling tools.
(3) Disperse the mud, the surface of the dry clay is negatively charged, so when the phosphate of sodium hexametaphosphate is adsorbed to the clay surface, the negative charge of the clay surface is enhanced, so that the repulsion between the clay particles is significantly improved. At the same time, polymeric macromolecules carry a large water film, effectively enhancing the hydration of clay particles. As the hydration film of the Nianshi particles becomes thicker, the Nianshi particles are dispersed and the well wall mud skin is effectively destroyed.
(4) It has a complexing effect on clay. Sodium hexametaphosphate complexes with calcium and magnesium ions in clay to form a water-soluble complex, so the complexation action reduces the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions, and the water-soluble complex is not easy to coalesce and precipitate. is expelled from the hole.
The main components of chemical mud used in drilling are clay powder, soda ash, polyacrylonitrile amine salt, potassium humate, polyacrylamide potassium salt, etc. According to the calculation, the sodium hexametaphosphate well-washing fluid becomes a suspension under the action of dispersion, and the repeated oscillation of the compressed air of the well-washing piston air compressor makes the sodium hexametaphosphate solution fully contact and repeatedly act on the mud skin of the hole wall. Finally, the suspension is removed from the well to achieve the purpose of well washing.
