In the process of well washing, modern science and technology are used to wash the well through special processes, so the working principle of the whole process is:
(1) Add a certain proportion of sodium hexametaphosphate to the water. The prepared well washing fluid is weakly acidic and acid-base neutral, which reduces the PH value of the mud and weakens the stability.
(2) The liquid tension is reduced, and sodium hexametaphosphate can ensure that the aqueous solution can penetrate well into the rock cracks, effectively contact with the mud and the filling clay in the cracks, and the corrosion of the drilling tool is very weak.
(3) Dispersion mud, due to the electronegativity of the clay surface, when the phosphate of sodium hmetaphosphate is adsorbed to the clay surface, the electronegativity of the clay surface is enhanced, so that the repulsion force between clay particles is significantly increased. At the same time, the polymerized macromolecules carry a large water film, which effectively enhances the hydration of clay particles. As the hydration film of the clay particles thickens, the clay particles disperse and effectively destroy the mud skin of the well wall.
(4) It has a complexing effect on clay. Sodium hmetaphosphate is complexed with calcium and magnesium ions in clay to produce water-soluble complex, so the complexation reduces the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions, and the water-soluble complex is not easy to coalescate and precipitate, and is easily discharged out of the hole in the washing well.
The main components of the chemical mud used in drilling are clay powder, soda ash, polyacrylonitrile amine salt, potassium humate, potassium polyacrylamide salt and so on. According to the calculation, the sodium hempetaphosphate washing fluid becomes a suspension under the action of dispersion. After repeated oscillation of the compressed air of the piston type air compressor, the sodium hempetaphosphate solution fully contacts and acts repeatedly with the mud skin of the hole wall, and finally the suspension is removed from the hole to achieve the purpose of well washing.
