HEDP is an organic compound, molecular formula C2H8O7P2, molecular weight 206.03, white crystalline particles, soluble water is colorless to pale yellow liquid.
Applications:
HEDP is an organic phosphoric acid scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor.
1. It is scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor for boiler and heat exchanger, complexing agent for cyanidation electroplating, chelating agent for soap, cleaning agent for metal and non-metal.
2. Commonly used as scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor in boiler water, circulating water and oilfield water injection treatment. It is often mixed with polyhydroxyacid scale inhibitor and dispersant. It can also be used as cyanide-free complexing agent for electroplating, fixing agent for bleaching and dyeing industry and stabilizing agent for hydrogen peroxide.
3. This product is the main material for cyanide-free electroplating. The solution of cyanide - free electroplating copper is prepared, and the bonding force of direct electroplating copper layer on steel is good. Smooth coating, good color. General dosage 60% content is 100 ~ 120 ml/L. The dosage of copper sulfate is 15 ~ 20 g/L. In addition, before electroplating, the plating part is immersed in the 1% ~ 2% solution of this product, so that the plating part into an activated state, and then electroplating can improve the effect.
